Zhujiajiao is a water town just an hour outside of Shanghai by driving. It was established about 1,700 years ago and features 36 stone bridges and numerous rivers. As you stroll along the ancient, cobbled streets, you’ll find many ancient buildings still along the riverbanks today. The many shops nestled into the historic buildings and stone streets lined are bustling with traditional Chinese offering, tea shops and food vendors. We can also see the gondola rides along the canal which contribute an amazing views for the rivers that vividly brings you back to the ancient time of China.
