Virtual Tour FAQ

How Much Do They Cost?

Our free tours are supported by tips, so it’s up to you! For private tours, the price depends on the duration of your tour, itinerary and group size. They can be as low as USD8/person (less than the price of a movie!)

Can We Talk with the Guide?

Of course! The Free Tours use an interactive chat where you can ask questions and they respond. Our private tours share video so they can see and hear you.

Can We Create Our Own Itinerary?

For private tours, yes! But keep in mind that some sites and locations may not allow video or have not joined us yet in the 21st century. It’s usually not a problem, but sometimes we have to explain how this works.

How's the Video Quality?

Well.. it’s video, but pretty amazing usually. Sometimes we do have a weak mobile signal, but do our best! We also use technology to always have a smooth experience. We’re confident you’ll love your tour.

Are the guides Jenny's China Tours Guides?

Yes! Our guides are so talented they can give live in person tours as well as live virtual tours :) It’s actually a great way to get a taste of our tours before you visit.
